Scott Allen

Scott Allen has spent more than 30 years shaping LifeServices into a values-led real estate organization committed to responsible development and long-term ownership. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Scott began his career in construction and development. That foundation continues to influence how LifeServices approaches planning, build quality, and long-term maintenance standards today.

In 1992, Scott helped establish LifeServices Assisted Living under private ownership. Over the next two decades, the organization grew to nine assisted living communities across western Pennsylvania and the greater Cleveland region, serving more than 500 residents and supporting more than 450 caregivers. Throughout that period, a resident-directed philosophy shaped how environments were designed and maintained, with independence, privacy, dignity, and choice guiding day-to-day decision-making.

Following the transition of the assisted living portfolio to new ownership in 2022, Scott led the formation of LifeServices Management Corporation, allowing the organization to focus fully on long-term real estate ownership, property stewardship, and future development across Erie and the surrounding Pennsylvania communities.

Today, Scott leads strategic direction, development planning, and operational standards across the LifeServices portfolio. His approach is rooted in long-term responsibility: investing with care, maintaining with intention, and making decisions that still make sense decades from now.
